You have to realize that all these flame wars and squabbling somehow branches off from you. It might just be your age, but you can't use that as an excuse or a shield. You have to remember who you're talking with on these forums. Most everyone around here is in High School or College. You need to be more careful of what you say and what you post.

Part of your problem is that you're constantly posting. Always throwing yourself into every single little thing, no matter what it is. And when you do that, you get into the "post whatever comes to mind" mode, which is bad. Not everyone is going to see things exactly as you do, and obviously, a lot of people are really annoyed with it.

I realize that retaliation has gotten a bit out of hand, but you have to understand why; evidently, you weren't getting their message. If there's a problem, fix it.

Keep in on topic, and don't post for the hell of it. One word posts are not contributing anything to the discussion at hand. Don't post things that you know other people will be annoyed with.

If you have a problem, don't make a public spectacle out of it. One of the many wondrous features of forums is Private Messaging. Try to work it out yourself. If it doesn't work, then tell someone with higher authority.


People like Dude, SFK, or ETF (I guess, you're starting to get there)

If you have a problem with somebody, its alright to say "hey, you're getting annoying when you do whatever", but don't go off into dramatic things like "you need beaten with a pipe". Just as I told Universe to remember everyone else is older and won't be so forgiving, you also need to remember that there are younger people around too. They're not going to be as 'mature' or whatever.


AND TO EVERYONE:

When two of the three pages of a topic are flaming, something needs done. I'm locking this topic. If I see stuff like happening to this extreme again (or continuing in current topics), they'll be locked too. Anybody involved will be out of here for a few days.

VGV operates on a "What's best for the community > What's best for an individual".

Basically, even if you're not breaking rules, I'll still get rid of you if you've become an extreme nuisance or taking away from the experience of others in the community.

We've already had people like this, and unfortunately we let it live for too long. It's going the same way as before really quickly. I am not letting anything like that happen again.
